PROGRAM TITLE : IMPROVEMENT OF OPERATION CAPACITY


Goal: To develop a joint operational planning and execution system that shall integrate intelligence, logistics, doctrine, training, other combat support, service support and combat enablers with operations. To develop a full spectrum information operations capability that is doctrinally organized, professionally staffed and trained. To develop a social operations team for indigenous people in Luzon and Mindanao concept that shall serve as doctrine in the conduct of operations in both areas. And to develop an integrated community organizing team concept that shall serve as doctrine in the conduct of integrated community organizing operations to contain the CTM's organizing works n the barangay.
