Defense Secretary Gilberto C. Defense Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro, Jr. is warmly welcomed by tribesmen of Tuwali tribe of Ifugao during the celebration of the Indigenous People’s Day on Wednesday (May 21) which is one of the activities for the weeklong Panagyaman Festival in celebration of the 169^th founding anniversary of Nueva Vizcaya. Secretary Teodoro is an adopted son of the Tribal Federation of Nueva Vizcaya.
